This will serve as a way of preserving the history of the Lodge and it's members.

Photos should be of good quality, presented preferably in a digital format (jpeg).  Because file size is important when placing a photo onto the web, please try to use smaller image sizes.  They will only be reduced anyways.  This will save you disk space and allow you to take more photos.

Photographic prints can also be submitted.  Please submit a copy print, not an original as the Lodge will not be responsible for loss or damage.

On a sticky note (DO NOT write on the print), please PRINT the name of the person(s) in the photo, if any.  A standard model release will be necessary before a photo containing people can be published.  Children under the age of eighteen will need to have a parent sign. 

Also, include the date the photo was taken and PRINT the subject or event.

If you would like credit for the photo, please state that as well, PRINTING your name the way you want it to appear in the credit.

Not all photos submitted will be used and is solely the discretion of the Lodge.

Photos can be dropped off at the Lodge Office or mailed to the PO Box address.  Digital photos should be submitted on a CD along with identifying information and any release(s), if necessary.
